This does use an exploit, but not a glitch.
The diffence is, a glitch/bug is caused by faulty code, but an exploit doesn't have to be,
the reason this goes so fast is likely due to a lack of code rather than bad code (a missing
limit). It is very likely that this limit is caused by thrust vectoring not being taken into
account for steam jets (since you can place the jets sideways and vector them to point
backwards by 15 degrees creating forward thrust, which with steam jets, doesn't seem
to be limited like other propulsion).
