描述

While looking around the unused lines for the game I discovered that at some point the footlockers in the Passing campaign had a chance to be empty. I thought that was a good idea so I made it a real thing.

Each locker spawn has a 33% chance of being empty.
Includes the unused lines.

Local/dedicated server only.

Does Rochelle not have any actual lines for this? Cause for me she just says "Nothing to see, no Healthkit here" and "Noooo..." in a sarcastic tone which sound kinda out of place.
