This is the first buddy Ive seen that changes the results screen.

spongebob is the main thing of the thumbnail and the thought got in me.

The bottom right of the thumbnail states it's a buddy.

@LilAdamBrooks i thought that this was a Character so I Mis-Understood.

@Perfect_Pepper123 Because I had the buddy equipped while playing as Peter Griffin, and I'm unable to have the buddy change the name of the winner in the results screen. Plus, having someone other than Spongebob (character) be in the screen makes it funnier (especially when there's memes of Peter Griffin turning into Spongebob)
