[DV] Futuropark V1 Circuit

This mod adds DV nodes to the map Futuropark Circuit V1

OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED:
-Before using the DV make sure that the vehicles have these configs in their Properties (You can change the Properties using the Simfphys vehicle editor)
-set decentvehicle_timetostopemergency to 0
-set fuel system off
-set damage system off

General:
Efficiency: 4.00
Max Traction: 200
Max Torque: 1000
Steer Speed: 12.00
Brake Power: 50.00
