Restored Rescued Lines

Simple vscript that allows L4D1 survivors to play special thanks lines when rescued.

These lines have been present in the files since L4D1, even being reused for other reasons. The talker functionality is partly there, but doesn't function very well and seems abandoned.

Works with everything.
