Edgar's Adventures

Eadgar the Aethling was the last male member of the House of Wessex. Between 1066 and approximately 1120 (it's unclear when he died) he fought in nearly every major conflict of the early to high Middle Ages. He was elected King of England and resisted William the Conqueror, invaded Scotland and played kingmaker there, adventured to Norman Sicily, was a leader in the First Crusade, served in the Varangian Guard under Alexios Komnenos, and after all this excitement settled back home in his native England to live to maybe a hundred years old, before quietly dying surrounded by his family.

Yet, in vanilla Crusader Kings 3, he typically is a nobody, possessing no title higher than a county, and rarely lives past 60.

With this mod, Eadgar now has different traits, a unique appearance, a unique modifier, and a special casus belli that will allow him to go on his adventures.

I designed this mod with the future adventuring DLC in mind. When that releases, I will give this mod a big update.

This mod alters no vanilla files and should be compatible with anything, as well as should be evergreen, regardless of version.
