C.A.S.S.I.E Announcer

Adds C.A.S.S.I.E (Central Autonomic Service System for Internal Emergencies) from SCP / SCP:SL as an announcer to Nebulous!

To enable, you must have the Selectable Voicelines mod enabled, then go to settings, audio, and select C.A.S.S.I.E from the dropdown.

This isn't the cleanest mod, theres some background noise I couldn't get rid of because of how SCP:SL works with the settings, but its pretty fun either way.
