描述
Adds both NPC Hostage Rescue and Player Controlled VIP Escort game mode for OHD.

Hostage Rescue
  • NPC Hostage will follow or stay when interacting with "F"
  • NPC Hostage will go into an injured state if receiving too much damage, which will slow his movement speed signified by injured animations.
  • NPC Civilians will spawn in Hostage Rescue to complicate measures of rescue.
  • NPC and Player Civilians killed by Blufor will cost Blufor 1 ticket, and 0 tickets if killed by Opfor.
  • Blufor win condition includes escorting the NPC Hostage to Blufor Heli extraction site. Blufor can spawn on Heli extraction sites in order to defend them.
  • Fording rivers or bodies of water will eject the NPC Hostage and deal damage over time.
  • Opfor win conditions include depleting Blufor ticket count or killing Hostage during extraction.
  • Making contact with the NPC Hostage will provide a new spawn point for Blufor to establish a defensive point to receive the hostage.

VIP Escort
  • Blufor team will include new kit called "VIP", includes sidearm and bandage.
  • Both teams have one life, dying will grant the ability to respawn as a spectator. Press "Q" and "E" to cycle between team members.
  • The VIP cannot pickup kits. VIP can suicide to change kits without losing the game (will need to be moderated by Admin to prevent abuse).
  • Both team win conditions include escorting the VIP to the extraction zone on the map. Eliminating the entire enemy team will also trigger win conditions for your team. If no VIP is selected the VIP team will instantly fail the mission.

    Note: Mod will work with bots but they wont target the NPC Hostage.

    Make sure to select the game mode "Hostage Rescue" and "Escort the VIP" in the Main Menu

    Training Grounds recommended for 12-24 players
    Jaziira recommended for 32-64 players
    Risala recommended for 32-64 players
    Al Dhakir recommended for 32-64 players

This is a ton of fun. My one recommendation is adding forward spawns for the defending team so that they are occupying the cities and have time to prepare for the extraction team coming in.

VIPEscort on TrainingGrounds_Hostage does seem to operate, did not spend more than a minute checking it out.

Broken as of Feb28th update. Crashes on load.

WARNING! Carry on reading! Or you will die, even if you only looked at the word warning! Once there was a little boy called Joey, he was ten-years-old and he lived in a mental hospital because he posted a shitty copypasta onto a People Playground mod's comment section . He got so bad he went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the Feds decided that best idea was to get rid of him so they set up a special room to kill him, as inhumane as possible. And he sat there in agony for hours until he died. Now every week on the day of his death he returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00 a.m. He creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by pegging you and watching you bleed to death. Now send this to ten other profiles on this one site, and he will haunt someone else who doesn't. This isn't fake. apparently if u copy and paste this to ten comments in the next ten minutes nothing will happen: sorry man i am not taking the risk

@Siff (AR) working to fix this currently. Hostage Rescue should be working normally however
