Blue's Underwater Overhaul (BUOY)

Opis
Makes water breathing significantly cheaper and more accessible, adds and changes many underwater spells for better underwater combat, makes many more monsters amphibious, gives many water mages gift of water breathing, and more.

Ratio of Gems to Gift of Water is changed from roughly 1:~7.5 (Vanilla) to 1:~25-60 (Mod), and the research level required to get Gift of Water items is lowered from 5 to 1.
New rituals for bulk crafting Rings of Water Breathing cheaply are also added.
Most water breathing will require either A, W, or N, with a handful of exceptions.

Also included are two experimental DMs that can be enabled alongside the primary mod:

Poison Barbs - Things wearing Coral Armor have an extra repel check via a length 2 weapon that otherwise does absolutely nothing.

Javelins - Allows javelins to be thrown underwater with penalties via watershapes on units carrying them. Pretenders and Heroes with javelins are unaltered and will be able to throw them without penalties, as will any troops from mod nations.
Javelin: Range halved, -2 damage
Coral Tipped Javelin: Range halved, -1 damage
Harpoon: No penalties
Javelin of Flight: No penalties

Uses Monster IDs 7100 through 7120.
