Sir David Attenborough Announcer

This mod adds an announcer voice to replace the base game's announcer. This announcer has the likeness of Sir David Attenborough.

NOTE: this mod will not do anything on its own; the base game does not supply a way to use other announcer voices (as of v0.3.1). In order to use this mod you will have to use the Voicepack Selector Mod, or something similar.
