You can escape the confines of the map by climbing the rocks in between the construction area and the A bombsite. You can't climb very far before being stopped by clip brushes on the metal beams, but the position is still very powerful as it overlooks the entire A site. If the position is intentional, then I would suggest updating the minimap to reflect this.
