This asset is based on a mashup of the former Atlantic and Riviera Theaters in Chicago, IL. I created this Atlantic Theater pack for a Youtube series called Neptune City back in early 2022.

Included are 3 buildings. Assemble them together as shown in the screenshots to produce a theater with a 6x7 footprint.
