Reduced district grind with better bonfire info

This patch combines the following mods by Moon/Void Slime that were previously incompatible:

- Not as Much District Grind
- Better Outsiders Bonfire Description

If you have more than 8 classes using the district, you will require District String Fix by o'night, otherwise you will get tooltip errors (blue text instead of class names).

Load Order:
District String Fix (if needed)
Reduced district grind with better bonfire info (this mod)
Any district mods

Note: If using the above mods with many classes with long names, you may get overlapping of text in the UI even with o'night's fix. You can use District String UI Overflow Fix to solve this issue; in that case, o'night's mod would not be needed.
