[DV] Tubeway Circuit V1

This mod adds DV nodes to the map Tubeway Circuit V1

OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED:
-Before using the DV make sure that the vehicles have these configs in their Properties (You can change the Properties using the Simfphys vehicle editor)
-set decentvehicle_timetostopemergency to 0
-set fuel system off
-set damage system off

General:
Efficiency: 4.00
Max Traction: 100
Max Torque: 1000
Steer Speed: 16.00
Brake Power: 50.00

For more chaos set the gravity to 200 through the console: (sv_gravity 200, default is 600)
You may also change the Vehicle Properties By:

Holding C -> Right Clicking The Vehicle -> Clicking Edit Properties
