you should update these, the UH-60 cant take off and neither helicopters can land

how do you spawn the choppers in the shooting range or in the actual game like mission editor?

From Discord: "The issue is: Should a vehicle go to refill when all of the ammos are gone? So if a tank is out of ammos, but the mgs on the back of the turret still has ammo should it keep fighting? Well, it depends, but calculating on when such behaviopur should happen is extremely difficult, so to simplify the thing, the game just send vehicles to refill once there are no more ammos in the inventory, so even if the turrets are still loaded and has some ammos, it's time to refill. In your case, your vehicle holds few ammos, less then the size of the entire "magazine", meaning that it never has the inventory full of ammos and it keep going to refill. Easiest solution here is to increase ammo count on the turret" Not sure if it's the case here though.

whats the solution?

It seems that hellicopter makes circles sometimes (i played moscow outscirt custom mission and it's just makes circles). On discord someone found solution for this problem.

Honestly, with door gunners added, the ai would be fine circling overhead. AI gunners on airplanes are generally scary competent.
