I haven't used all of these, but I've used script no.1, and you can still use icon mod, so no.2 and 3 would probably do the same thing too.

I think it's because of the reload script I used before. I've solved the problem by unsubscribing the reload script. Thank you for your response.

I just tested it and it worked fine. You'd probably installed another icon for m60 that you forgot to unsub, or you have a weapon script that prevents you to use an icon.

If it's not work, then I can't help you. I just double checked the .vtf, and I didn't typo the file naming nor the icon is screwed.
