Override spawn events and missions for Black Sea Armory mech suits enemy and try to remove all mech suits enemy.
-Reduce commoness and change spawn character to simple crawler for spawn event.
-Restrict mission location "None" and reduce commoness,just hope it won't be appear in outpost NPC.

I hope this will work as intended since currently what I can do is Override.
DO NOT USE THIS WITH BSAESpawner.
