By 'starting area' do you mean the lower area with the cabin and greenhouse or somewhere else?

I took a look around and found maybe 20-ish spots where Infected could get stuck or blasted out of the map in most areas, so I've patched all of those and I'll have an update out in a few minutes. There are spots where infected can get blasted onto cliffs but they should be able to walk out of all of them.

Somewhere near the starting area but tbh I think it can happen anywhere, maybe block volumes could solve it

Where did this happen specifically?

Bug: as a zombie you can get blasted outside the map with the shotgun
