Steering Indicator

This is a concept mod (Another one? Yes, I'm still learning and experimenting things)
The goal is to indicate the steering of the car, so the driving becomes more intuitive, or at least one can exercise your brain to feel used to it.
Just a steering wheel behind the mouse cursor showing the steering levels.

(If someone knows how to rotate texture images in pz lua, please tell me how, this mod draw the steering wheel with text dots)
