gm_hydro_night [v1.2]

Finally, a night version of the map, based on the updated version 1.2. You've been asking me to make this version for a long time, and... I just did it now. The map has many new light sources, including env_projectedtexture, and the FPS on this map may be less than on the day version map.

- The number of cubemaps has been increased and they are placed where they were missing.
- Navmesh (if there are any problems with it, describe the problem)
- Dynamic light sources are placed around the map
- Still no Easter eggs
