The Iron Overhaul

The Iron Overhaul adds new products/chains and balancing tweeks on romance, production and some new actions. Throwing au de toilette at your rivals or enjoy a cigar after a long shift is what you can do now among other things.

We want to adjust the difficulty and want to overall add content in all areas of the game. On the process there are some areas where we want to improve/adjust game mechanics and hopefully in the near future we even plan to add Traits (if possible). While we want to in general stay immersive we still deviate from the path once in a while without destroying the feel (too much).

- 3 Tier Apprentice System for workers (educate them at a school)
- Over 30+ new craftable items
- Tools for workers to increase their productivity
- added Ganja
- around 5 new Actions (most of them related to new items so check them out)
- Overhaul Romance to give Characters more weight. Groom yourself before you approach your future Wife
- More severe debuffs:
You failed your romance? Go to barber, eat, drink or smoke some ganja to forget about your problems
- Roleplay should be rewarded, so some buffs are "buffed":
Let your characters sleep to enjoy a productive day
- Adjustment to difficulty
- and many more

- Harder Romance
- More time for the market to stock
- Hire costs for worker are drastically increased
- additional building Limit at some titles -> Overall 3+ more building limit

Most likely not compatible with other mods (except maps)
