[MSS] Type-36 Light Cruiser

The Type-36 is the new light cruiser for the MSS fleets and designed to replace other older designs. It is both lighter and cheaper than older designs while retaining their capabilities. Like its predecessors, its role is mostly to provide short range defense to friendly vessels against small crafts and light ships such as frigates and destroyers, while still being able to be a threat to larger targets. For this purpose, it has a new turret layout so most turrets can engage targets in any direction. With a hangar for two large fighters, a large cargo container and production facilities, the Type-36 is a very versatile cruiser with a much more modern layouts than its predecessors.
