[Deprecated] Quartz Connex Class 166 Reskin Pack

In 2006 Quartz Connex had an overcrowding problem on their commuter belt operations in the west of england, their solution was to acquire redundant Class 165s and 166s from scrap lines across the country, take a middle coach from each and place it into the pre-existing 3 car consists.

Then with some interior and exterior refurbishments send them out into the big wide world as 166/4s!

By 2007 all 15 units were ready to enter service and help alleviate congestion across the West of england!
