Growing Trees Forest Health -> Speed up your Welf Campaign

The point of this mod is to increase how much Forest Health you get per turn so you can speed up your development of Magical Forests. Is it cheaty? Yes.

Effects: 25 per turn from various sources, Oak and Sister's tree get additional growth to make up for larger pool. Spellsingers also provide growth. Works with the not as important magical forests.

Compatible with SFO.
