Jim Neidhart returned to the WWF for a third stint with the company in 1996, but instead of working under his real name,m he donned a mask as Who, a walking Abbott and Costello joke.

The gimmick lasted only a few months and consisted mostly of Who losing while commentary made jokes about his name.

Neidhart joined forces with longtime partner Bret Hart and his brother Owen the following year, reestablishing the Hart Foundation.
