Flag manager

This mod adds many different flags and makes it easier to use the ability to hang flags on equipment.

I decided to create this mod, because it was inconvenient for me to go to Google every time to see the path to the flag texture and hang it on the technique through a script, I decided to simplify my life, and maybe someone else who needs this function.

1. The ability to hang a flag through the attribute menu (Example in the screenshot)
2. All flags added in the mod are present in the form of both flags on the flagpole and on the banner.

P.S. Some flags require the presence of RHS or 3CB Factions. The need for mods will be indicated in parentheses after the name of the flag attributes
