[WIP] Turbojet Engine

A better replacement for turbine propellers. Force concentrated in one-per-engine points instead of each "turbine" propeller allows you to finally build a jet plane that doesn't require 120+ drum torque to control pitch. For now, there is only one turbine block with performance close enough to small CAS turbojet / small business plane turbojet and so on. 2 should be enough to make A-10 replica fly more or less like in reality, for example.

Notes

• Engine won't start unless kerosene and lubricant are present. If any of these runs out, engine stops immediately.
  
• Engine need to enter Idle state ("Normal" in text notification) to produce thrust.
  
• Mod is not stable yet (WIP, tho). Reported issues might be useful to make it stable.
