RBT Pac3 Command Sharing +EXTRAS

Not really intended for public use (developed for use by friends)

Adds some functionality to distribute pac3 files to players within a server.
Also adds the ability for pac3 files to be automatically applied for different teams in gamemodes such as Hide N Seek and Prop Hunt.
Players need to have the addon installed in order to recieve the pac3 file.

Pac3 is obviously required for this addon to function.
Pac3 files being transferred can not be over about 60kb due to net limitations.

rbt_open_console - Opens the RBT Console
rbt_change_config [config] [new value] - Updates config via commands (Not recommended, use rbt console)
rbt_check_gamemode_name - Prints the current gamemode's name to the console

---EXTRAS---
There is some extra bonus content in this addon, mainly added as a joke for friends. They are as follows;

rbt_activate_ohno [password] - (Password is 'poob') Activates boogieman mode. One player is given a shotgun at random and all other players must run away. Intended for gamemodes such as Hide N Seek and Prop Hunt.

rbt_start_pizzamode - Activates the Pizzamode Boss Fight. Best used on a medium sized, open map, or else the AI may get stuck.

rbt_add_starpower - Don't use this one, it's unfinished. I couldn't be bothered to finish it.
