Gorb

Gorb is a silly little character I made for no reason other than to figure out how making mods in YOMI even works, because I’m very much new to this whole coding thing. He’s a gloopy shapeshifting setup zoner with powerful movement tools that as a zoner, allow him to make people miserable.

Gorb’s specials consist of 3 main parts that allow you to make people’s lives hell.

The Puddle (trademark patent pending) is a slow option that Gorb can only set up when far away or within a combo. Having a puddle out will let gorb teleport to it as a 5F option or transform it into a spike. The puddle is destructible however, because if it wasn’t it’d be kinda broken.

Upon using a teleport, you will leave a clone in your previous position. You can freely move the clone during your turn with UI, and can detonate it on command. If the opponent does strike the clone, the clone will detonate itself on its own, allowing itself to be a massive pain and powerful defensive tool.

Gorb can also summon corrosive gas, a powerful homing projectile that will deal damage for every tick you’re in it. Its slow speed and massive damage potential render it a strong area denial tool, though it does require 15 frames of startup to get off.
