描述

If you ever wanted a simple CB just to get money then this is it.
War Reparations CB allows you to take 3 years of income from your enemy and nothing else, no need to take land if all you want is money.

This mod doesn't replace any files, so should be compatible with any other mods.

Scalability would be great, have you looked at the files? Is it something we can add to the files to make it scalable?
