Asses for All

Adds a new army ability which will take any supply trains in the territory and spread them out evenly between all your armies in that territory.

Especially useful for tribes since only your leader's levies receive supply trains and not the levies of other clan chiefs. Without a mod like this one, there is no way to reorganize tribal levy retinues.

Note: The ability empties all affected supply trains of their stockpiles (other units are unaffected).

Compatibility: more or less everything
