Bio Reactor

The bio reactor is a combined biomass and solid-waste processor that uses wood to extract fuel, metal scrap, chemicals and biological resources from various mixed waste. The reactor could be used to start a small waste-importing industry and is especially useful when combined with a composting plant to produce fertiliser.

Edit: You will probably need to connect the Bio reactor with a distribution office that collects leftover waste from the process, as the waste apparently does not end up in the regular internal garbage containers.
