there vest is not cybernetic if you look you can see its like a normal one and as male 09 said in the comments if that is true the stripped soldier could not exist plus why could they not just remove the metal bits if so and how would the combine sleep in there vests and gear, of course not that's unproductive and stupid the opposite the combine try to be

these as npcs would be so hype, they should have increased HP since they have better armor instead of the regular salvaged civil protection vest if possible

Zhaman, I tried add npc, but because of the glitch it didnt work. I will try to fix the glitch and add npc's.
