Postfix refers to a Harmony patch that would need to be compiled into the mod by the author. I added it by using dnSpy to decompile the mod and adjust the coding, but it's not for the faint of heart and requires knowledge of C#.

@kaedys, can you give more instructions on how we are supposed to add that "postfix" please?

I got this additional patch working for reducing the thermal conductivity of the tiles themselves: https://pastebin.com/rZy3Grx0 (and the equivalent for the Farm Tile)

Seems to only be insulating the contents of the tile, such as water stored in it. The tiles do not act as insulated tiles themselves, still conducting environmental heat across them. To fix that, I suspect you'll need to add a Postfix on `CreateBuildingDef` and set the `ThermalConductivity` field to 0.01f (the same value as an Insulated Tile).
