Spanky's Zombie Madness Weapons Buff

MEANT TO BE PAIRED WITH THIS (though ultimately not necessary if you just want some buffed weapons):

The following weapons are changed:

- Increased ammo to 20 along with fire rate.
- Increased ammo to 10 along with fire rate. Spread / range / pierce also increased. Damage per bullet reduced slightly.
- Faster attack rate and more fuel.
- More damage, more ammo, much faster fire rate.
- Loads more damage and penetration. (This is straight-up Hex-To-Max's Powerful AWP and all changes added in.)
- Doubles fire rate, reduces spread, half damage, 200 rounds. (M249 conversion)
- Staggers Tank and Charger on direct hits.


These are all significant buffs for the increased infected counts, even with the damage per bullet changes. There may be more slight changes such as accuracy, spread, draw time, recoil, etc, that are not listed.
