True Desperado Voice Restoration

Remember the mod I made a while back in the workshop? The one with cut desperado voice lines.

Well, I booted up 1.3 and did a little exploration. I stumbled upon a few more cut lines, so I've spent a while testing them out.

With this mod, the Desperados' voice lines go as far back as their initial release in 2007, when they sounded more strategical and aggressive than they are today.
