[Spell] Chaos Channels Fix

This is an override and fix of the SWG_ChaosChannels method, which contains a potential exception.

Additionally, the SWG_ChaosChannels method in this Mod also checks for appropriate target unit attributes and tries to adhere to the original spirit of the Chaos Channels spell, as described here:

CHAOS_CHANNELS3 (Fire Breath) will skip the following:
- Ranged Units
- Units that already have Fire Breath

CHAOS_CHANNELS2 (Flight) will skip the following:
- Ship Units
- Units that already have Flight

CHAOS_CHANNELS1 (Demonskin) can be applied to all units and is the defacto default.

Additionally, each of the unit skills will have its own unit icon displayable in the panel above the unit.
