Fire Attacks: Chaplain Patch (Rebalance)

This patch updates the Chaplain REBALANCE to add compatibility with the Runaway's Fire Attacks mechanic. It will not works with Badger's Chaplain, use Fire Attacks: Chaplain Patch instead.

Place this mod above Fire Attacks Core: Tooltips and the Chaplain REBALANCE.

Changes by the patch:
-Radiance and Heavenly Wrath are now fire attacks with fire debuff.
Radiance and Heavenly Wrath icons have orange borders.
-Radiance no longer benefit from mark.
-Heavenly Wrath self debuff DMG penalty increased to 40%.
-Thrust can be used in position 4.
-Paragon's Pact also grant the next melee attack a fire debuff.
-Well-Oiled Scabbard trinket gives melee attacks a fire debuff instead of increased DMG vs mark.
-Yatagarasu's Gift no longer lower crit.
