Cargo Mass Limitter (SAMv2 Compatible)

This Script compares The ships Total Mass to the ships Max Thrust , when the Ships Cargo reaches a weight that reduces the Thrust to a set minimal thrust it will trigger a timer that can be set up to do as you desire.
The Timer can be set to send the command START NEXT to SAMv2 to make it take off before the ship gets too heavy.
A second (optional) Weight timer can be set up to take action if the ship is too heavy, such as to dump cargo through an ejector. The (optional) Weight timer will not be used by most players, as the weight has only gone over the limit by adding items manually in my testing.
At least 1 Standard or Wide LCD is Required.
An optional Corner LCD can be added.
All Script setup is done in the Programmable Blocks Custom Data.
Ship Must have at least 1 connector, at least 1 Remote Control or Cockpit, at least 1 LCD, and of course thrusters.
To work with SAMv2 it must have SAMv2 in a seperate Programmable Block.
