[Odd's] SCP Code System

This is two entities & a weapon made to work on SCPRP servers, it comes in the category "Odd's Code System".
They use models from the required compressed model pack.


- Handheld tablet to update facility code without needing the server | scp_sitetablet
- Monitor Entity to show the current facility code.
- Server Entity to change the current facility code.
- Server Entity to change the current d-block code. | D-Block code only changes through it's server entity.
- Made to work on servers.

This will be updated as I see fit.
