The King in Yellow: Royal Court Teaser

This mod is a preview of the Royal Court mod, which introduces a "collector" style enemy for each region. It also reworks the King in Yellow, aka the Collector.

This mod focuses on exactly that, the changes the Collector will recieve in the Royal Court mod.
Here are the changes the collector has....

- The Collector now marks with Show collection and not just life steal
- The highwayman head now does 100% more bleed vs marked, and removes marked
- The Man at Arms head attack "Head Knocker" now only stuns vs marked and removes mark. It however grants the head riposte.
- The Vestal head will now clear DoTs from those she heals. She also got a 1 dmg boost.
- The Collector will now leave his corpse behind, and his heads won't go away when he dies. You must finish the fight instead of rushing the collector.

This mod will be deleted once the full Royal Court mod is ready to be released.
