Experimental Additions

Adds a variety of experimental items:
Overclock module (tiers 1-3): Slottable in any weapon. Increases fire rate more than the differential but also increases spread and makes the weapon break faster.
HEWS (tiers 1-5): A weapon that counts as a Kinetic, Spreadshot, Guide Rail, Machine Gun and a Sniper all at the same time, allowing it to fit a very wide variety of modifications. The base stats are rather poor however.
Doomsday cannon: An extremely strong singe-shot howtizer-like weapon with a very long reload time.

All items have crafting recipes and are intended to be balanced.
