I suggest you make some deliveries to earn XP and money, and then deactivate the mod before hiring employees
I can't reduce employee salaries because SCS uses the same value to determine our pay for quick job.
This mod should be used to unlock everything and then deactivated when there's enough money.
Do the game economy reset after disabling the mod that should work correctly.
I have done that and it did come up with that message drivers still want 1.7 mill but I'll see how the game plays out from the reset. I made a separate save from the old one just in case lol
Load your profile.
Open the console.
Type in: uset g_force_economy_reset 1 and press the ENTER key.
Save and exit the game.
Load into your profile again. You should get a message saying "Game change detected". This means it worked succesfully.
Don't hire employees using this mod. Juts make some deliverys by yourself, using the free cam or whatever, then deactivate the mod and play normally, by purchasing garages and hiring employees.
