This is well the Mad Sauropod from Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal it appears in "Plague of Madness". It's an Infected Sauropod most likely a Titanosaur such as Argentinosaurus but well Infected and well slowly and painfully decaying basically a Zombie but your not here for this your here for the "HIGH IMPACT BATTLE INFORMATION!!! (explosion effect)" so first of all it has over 60000 (simply multiplied by 200) and deals a multiplied amount of 20 basically Kaiju stats. it uses it's long neck to reach what ever and either bite the enemy or grab them and it uses it's powerful front legs to crash or Throw other units.
