A player model and ragdoll of Rocket Raccoon.
He's 0.95m / 3.1ft tall, just like in the movie.

Due to his height I recommend subscribing to Torch's "Dynamic Height + Crouch Fix" if you haven't already.
This will automatically lower the first person camera to match the model.

As far as I know this is a problem with all player models of this height and isn't something I can fix.
