[Desert Rifle] Crysis 3: SCAR

The SCAR aka Superior Combat Assault Rifle from Crysis 3, rigged to Apex's Hemlok anim port by TwilightSparkle, replacing the Desert Rifle.
Other than the firing animation tweak/additions and a few particle events, the anim is pretty much the same as the og.

- HUD icon
- Inspect anim (when look at pickupable)
- Custom sound (in seperate mod)
- Support reskin
- Multiple fire anim variants
