This is Shirasu Azusa's Et Omnia Vanitas as Assault Rifle (M16A2)

Vanitas vanitatum, et omnia vanitas (from Latin: the vanity of vanities, and all things are vanity), is a famous biblical passage taken from Ecclesiastes 1:2, often cited to affirm the emptiness of earthly concerns and the ephemeral character of the joys and glories achieved in the material world.

A gun that Azusa always holds tightly. The barrel is engraved with the phrase, "All is in vain. No matter how far you go, it's all just emptiness."
