描述

Makes the Hunter and Smoker have locational flinches like in L4D1.

Only those two have proper flinches, other SI are do not function correctly.

Notes:
As a server-sided script, will only work on your own local server.

Note II:
Back flinches do not work as their is not hitgroup for them, and I dont want to overcomplicate it.

Does this work with custom SI?

canonically makes sense too, as the hunter and smoker are most likely to be pushed with enough stopping power compared to other SI like the charger and boomer
