Populated World

This is a mod that add's a lot more drifters and wanderers to the world. I always felt annoyed how the only normal people you find consist of 5 city npc's wandering the streets, This mod changes that by adding lots of travelers and wanderers to the world. They have decent skills, enough to fight off some bandits, but they are far from invincible. They are like the player in that they are fed up with civilization and want to go out into the world. Like the player, they also go places they probably are not prepared to go to sometimes.

This is not the most realistic mod, but it will result in it no longer feeling like 90% of the world are bandits or oligarchs.
