Combine OICW v952.1 (M16)

A simple combination of two mods I love!
Includes weapon model and animations from Xenecrite's OICW mod, as well as sounds and textures from GeneralEcci's combine styled OICW mod. I never quite liked the nasty grungy textures of the actual beta OICW. Mods like Dark Interval have a much better and more combine-y approach.

*Muzzleflash remains unchanged.
